Giờ nhận Phòng là 14:00 giờ và trả phòng là 12:00 giờ trưa
Early check-in: Half price charge is applied for early check-in from 06:00 am to 11:00 am (after 08:00 am, buffet breakfast is not included); full charge is applied before 06:00 am.
Guarantee policy: Non-guaranteed reservation would be held until 18:00 local time on the day of arrival.To guarantee the reservation, please provide your credit card details (type, cardholder, number, and expiration date and security code) or have this confirmation letter signed with your Company’s authorized signature and Company stamp or deposit. Deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation policy: Within 7 days prior to your arrival date and no-show booking, 100% charge will be applied on your booking.
Payment
1. The Guest shall pay the charges for use (meaning the actual amount the Guest must pay, including room costs and charges for using the facilities and services, among others; hereinafter shall mean the same) upon check-out.
2. This Hotel may, even before check-out, request payment of charges for use to long-term Guests, in accordance with conditions set forth in separate special agreements or when reasonably necessary, and the Guest shall pay the charges for use at the request of this Hotel.
3. Acceptable payment methods include cash, credit cards, Khách sạn The Mira Central Park gift certificates, Khách sạn The Mira Central Park Department Store gift certificates, tourist vouchers, reward points, and/or other accommodation vouchers issued by The Mira Central Park Hotel. Personal checks shall not be accepted.
4. Guests may check the calculated amount of charges for use one day before the planned date of check-out, in order to prevent in advance any confusion regarding the payment of charges for use.
5. Guest must pay the charges for use after completing registration of accommodation in accordance, even when the Guest has not stayed at the Hotel due to the Guest’s circumstances.
